Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I ended up here due to a missed flight connection, and the overall experience was disappointing. The room was filthy and reeked of smoke, and the service was shockingly indifferent. To top it off, basic amenities were lacking, and I had to book another hotel at 2 AM to escape this mess. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The proximity to Rutgers was a huge plus for my research, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. However, my room had a noticeable smoke odor, which was quite uncomfortable, and the breakfast options were limited. The staff were helpful, but some improvements in service would definitely enhance the stay.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience was quite disappointing. While the lobby and overall hotel ambiance are nice and the area has decent dining options nearby, the service left much to be desired. I also encountered multiple issues with my room, which certainly affected my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is very close to the airport and provides easy access to Manhattan, which is definitely a plus. The rooms, while clean, had some issues with temperature control and amenities. The service left a lot to be desired, particularly with the handling of customer complaints and room management. Overall, it was an average experience, but I was left feeling disappointed in several areas.
